Please I would like to know; if there is any Malaysian Law and condition guiding organising an educational competition where by the participant will register with a token fee?

1. Participant age below 18 years
2. participant age above 18 years

Firstly, Malaysian uniforms don’t have sailor suits and mini skirts. And even if they did, NO WAY are they responsible for the rape of school children.

Clothes have nothing to do with rape.

Agree on the implication of sexual allure with mini skits and female sailor dresses. I am a parent whom have my days of wildness, its all about home up bring against fashion. If the “victim” knows how to balance that – with the help of parents of course – it could be passed as “another TEENs’ thing”…

My opinion is that home education is very important.

This seems like just another version of a blame-the-victim attitude. You know, like how people used to say a woman in a miniskirt was asking for it? It’s sick.
